Club pre-registration - terms

  1. What your club receives: registration as an interested SystemCard partner club with priority when partner agreements open, and the book "Når tillid bliver til data" (PDF, Danish edition) free of charge for all club members, delivered within 8 days.
  2. Pre-payment and deduction: the €250 is a pre-payment. If a partner agreement is concluded, the full €250 is deducted from the club's first partner agreement invoice.
  3. If no agreement is concluded: the €250 constitutes payment in full for the member books delivered under point 1. No refund applies.
  4. Authorisation: by completing the purchase, the club confirms that the person completing it is authorised to act on the club's behalf.
  5. Jurisdiction: Danish law applies. Disputes are handled by the courts at the provider's registered address.
